5. Personal data

This website has no contact form, patient database, sign-in area or online collection of medical data. Communication with the practice takes place exclusively through Doctolib, telephone or email.

The website’s only optional measurement activities concern audience analytics, advertising attribution and intent clicks. They are activated only after the user gives consent and use aggregated or pseudonymised data, depending on the configuration.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (Informatique et Libertés), you have the right to access, rectify, object to the processing of and erase your personal data. You can exercise these rights by writing to [email protected].

Reminder: please do not send any medical or health information by email.

6. Cookies and audience measurement

The website distinguishes three categories: (1) storage strictly necessary for the website to operate, which is always active; (2) audience measurement; (3) Google Ads conversion measurement. The last two categories are optional and activated only after consent.

Audience measurement uses the practice’s Google Analytics 4 property (public identifier G-3477V8EHYJ). It receives page views and intent events limited to clicks on Doctolib, telephone, email, directions and Google reviews. It may also measure approximate location down to city level and technical characteristics of the browser, operating system, screen and device. The Analytics cookie is limited to approximately thirteen months, without automatic renewal.

Google Analytics retention for event-level data and pseudonymous identifiers is set to fourteen months for explorations. For a pseudonymous identifier, this period restarts with new activity, so it is not a fixed maximum retention period for an active visitor. This setting does not determine how long standard aggregated reports are kept. See Google’s explanation of data retention. Google Signals and advertising personalisation remain disabled, while aggregated geography and device measurement remains active after your consent.

The page address sent to Analytics is limited to the path and a restricted set of campaign parameters. The aggregated Google Ads identifiers gad_source and gad_campaignid may be retained with audience measurement. The click-specific identifiers gclid, gbraid or wbraid are retained in this address only if you have also accepted Google Ads measurement. Other address parameters are not intentionally sent to Analytics.

Google Ads measurement may separately load the verified Google Tag Manager container GTM-WGZJVTV5, managed with Oostéo, only after the corresponding consent. Its verified Google Ads destination is AW-11348327607. A conversion tracker may then retain an advertising click identifier. Automatic site-wide Google Ads and conversion linker tags remain disabled: the technical check that blocked their release showed that they could transmit the raw page address and referrer. Only tags triggered by Doctolib and telephone clicks are retained.

For this attribution, Google may receive the public tag identifier, consent status, technical connection and browser data, and pseudonymous advertising identifiers such as gclid, gbraid or wbraid, as well as the technical page address and its referrer. For any new container publication, the website provides tags with an address limited to the domain and a reviewed public path, without a query string or fragment, and an empty referrer. An unknown path is replaced with the homepage path in this prepared value, and the container does not start when an unreviewed path is accessed directly. Use of these restricted values must be confirmed in tag requests before publication. The tag may set or read _gcl trackers to retain this attribution for up to 90 days, according to the period specified by Google. Google acts as a recipient and measurement provider; its privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.

Only Doctolib and telephone clicks are configured as Google Ads conversions. Automatic event detection, enhanced conversions, automatic or manual collection of user-provided data, advertising personalisation, remarketing, Google Signals and cross-domain tracking to Doctolib are disabled. The website does not configure any transmission of names, email addresses, telephone numbers, form contents, reasons for consulting or other health data.

With your consent to Google Ads measurement, the website may retain advertising click identifiers GCLID, GBRAID or WBRAID, together with UTM source, medium, campaign and content parameters present in the landing-page address, for a maximum of thirty days. The keyword parameter utm_term is excluded. These values are sent to the practice’s Clinic Ads Auditor only when an authorised intent click occurs. The local record managed by the website and Google measurement cookies accessible to the website are deleted if consent is refused, withdrawn or expires. A new campaign visit replaces the previous one. This tracking does not read any forms and cannot, on its own, establish that a booking, attendance, care or payment has taken place.

When you accept both audience measurement and Google Ads measurement, the website also sends Clinic Ads Auditor a separate signal about landing-page parameter coverage. This signal indicates only which types of permitted parameters were present (for example gclid, gbraid, wbraid or the category utm_*), without sending or storing their values in this event. Its only purpose is to check that measurement is working technically; it is not an intent click, booking, attendance or payment.

Events configured by the website contain no names, email contents, symptoms, reasons for consulting or health information. Choices to accept or refuse are retained for approximately six months before being requested again.

A click on the Doctolib button indicates an intention to book an appointment; it is not proof of an actual booking.

Under Google Consent Mode v2, all non-essential consent signals are denied by default until you make a choice. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the “Manage my cookies” button in the footer.
